The screens have belt-driven circular motion drives with adjustable speed and amplitudes. The screens are rugged and require very little maintenance while it offers high capacity/sq.mt. screening area. Screening capacities ranging from 100 tph to 600 tph are available.
Material of Construction :
* Side plates: Fully kilned steel plates
* Cross members: Rectangular hollow sections (cold formed)
* Corrosion resistance: Rubber lagging on cross members (optional)
* Body painted using structural grade epoxies. No crevices - thereby preventing accumulation moisture
* Wear resistance: The feed and discharge lips & the wear prone areas are lined using Special compounds of reinforced rubber.
