These hardened V blocks with clamps are also offered in two degrees, that is, total angle 120A and total angle 90A . Our range can be used for grinding, light milling, drilling & inspection of round and square jobs. All the sides are hardened & ground and have accuracy for flatness, square-ness & parallelism within 0.005mm up to 150L & 0.010mm for 200L. Our range of Hardened V Blocks with Clamps is offered in numerous sizes ranging from 2 to 12.

These have a hardness above 60 Re and are supplied in matched pairs. The hardened V blocks have uniform and strong magnetic pull to all three magnetic surfaces, that is, top, bottom & V faces. Further, these are offered with easy on - off facility and also along with this, 120A "V" angle is also available.
