High Phosphorus Qem En 1031

These High Phosphorus QEM EN 1031 is an economical electroless nickel process designed to deposit a uniform, bright high phosphorous nickel alloy onto a wide variety of substrates including aluminium alloys, stainless steel, carbon and alloy steel, copper alloys, etc., as well as certain non-conductors. The process is lead and cadmium free.
Use of QEM EN 1031 is specially recommended when deposit characteristics call for any
of the following properties:
a c Excellent corrosion resistance in acid environment
a c Salt spray resistance of 1000 hours
a c a coating which will pass the nitric acid test
a c a deposit having a compressive stress
a c a non-magnetic deposit
a c a high corrosion bath with excellent stability and long life
a c a deposit which is resistance to staining
QEM EN 1031 is supplied in three liquid concentrations: QEM EN 1031 A, 1031 B and 1031 C. QEM EN 1031 A and 1031 B are used for make-up, and QEM EN 1031 A and 1031 C are used for replenishment.
