Moving Sieve Jigger

These Moving Sieve Jigger is the early gravity separator. Based on gravity separation, It separates the minerals according to the difference in specific gravity of the ore and gangue, the different minerals have different settling velocity in the vertical flow. The heavy mineral settles fast to the bottom and light minerals floats to upper layer of the jigger separating tank, and then the minerals of different weight are discharged by a special weir plate to get the separation by gravity.
