 HOW RO USE ?
   Firstly, wear cotton socks before wearing PMR Polycentric Caliper Basic  which is given free of cost with the Caliper.  PMR Polycentric Caliper Basic  should be worn inside the clothes.
  PMR Polycentric Caliper Basic  should be folded at 45 and also fold your leg at 45 and keep the padded side of Caliper Basic in front side of your leg.
  The bigger part of the PMR Polycentric Caliper Basic should be kept on the upper side of knee while the smaller part of PMR Polycentric Caliper Basic" on the lower side of knee.
  The Joint of PMR Polycentric Caliper Basic  should come on parallel to outer side of the knee joint of your leg.
  The  PMR Polycentric Caliper basic should be tightly wrapped on the back side of your leg by Velcro. Firstly tie the upper end of the PMR Polycentric Caliper basic  tightly then tie the lower end of the  PMR Polycentric Caliper basic   Thereafter, fold the leg at 90 and again tie up tightly
  Stand up and again tie the Velcro of  PMR Polycentric Caliper Basic  tightly.
  If you have complaint of shifting of PMR Polycentric Caliper Basic  then again tie up the Caliper Basic tightly.
