Rotary Falling Stream Samplers

Being a client-centric organization, we are engaged in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of Rotary Falling Stream Samplers in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The Vezin Sampler is an accural rotating sampler. The sampler is a fully enclosed unit containing a rotating sample cutter that passes at constant uniform speed through the falling stream of sample entering from above.
Cutter design ensures radial cutter edges accurately cut a fixed portion of the stream.
Up to four cutters can be fitted to achieve the required amount of representative sample collected.
The FLSmidth vezin sampler range is of a squarea construction to allow flat wear liners , simplify installation and reducing replacement costs
Inspection hatches are provided top and side to allow safe inspection of the vezin in operation. Vezin samplers are available in various sizes to suit inlet size and cutter aperture.
