Spray Powder is a processed product of highly purified superior food grade maize starch. With state of art machines and technology particles receive round shape just like ball in bearing. A unique grain sorting mechanism ensures dependable final product. Anti set-off powder is inert to normal humidity. It is stable during storage. With its high specific weight anti set-off is extremely dust free and economical in application. The dust accumulation in the delivery system and around the printing press can be minimized. It can be sprayed evenly and without big turbulence. This supports a good and exact stack formation.

It is available in two grades; Regular (uncoated) powder or coated powder. They are further available in three grades; fine, medium and coarse.

Coated powders are micro-encapsulated with a slip agent which enhances the powder, increasing its hydrophobic properties. They repel water and are attracted to inka s surface, giving better set-off protection.
Regular powders are recommended for overprinting, coating and laminating.
It can be packed in customer designed packing (Only bulk orders please).
