Solves all problems related to worn mag rollers and doctor blades for
less that 50 cents a coating. First it restores the original
triboelectric charge level and makes the print nice and dark again
eliminating almost all the need to replace old mag rollers and most doctor
blades. As an added bonus it removes the banding from hardened toner
resins that can't be removed even with isopropyl alcohol and all the
related uneven print defects that banding causes. It also eliminates
the mag roller voids defect for the entire cycle and the print defect
voids cause. Triboelectric is an ether derivative of polyethyleneglycol
that is the only coating available that will dissolve toner resin
buildup you will actually see a big black gob of toner resin on the
cotton round.The mag roller purposely has a rough surface of hills
and valleys that work to generate a triboelectric or frictional charge
based solely on the roughness of the surface. From the very first cycle
the un-removable toner resin begins to fill in the valleys and that
slowly decreases the frictional charge level and causes light and
uneven printing. Triboelectric is the only coating short
of hydrochloric acid that will safely dissolve the print destroying
buildup of toner resin.
