Sprinkling
irrigation pipe and elements ensures an irrigation system on the
watering of farms, orchards and gardens of water carried on by pipes to
fall onto ground rain drops. Pipes and spare parts are ripped and placed
on other regions after a region is irrigated. Our products are designed
in order to have the required lightness on continuous movement,
practical disassembling and assembling capacity and high shock strength.
Our sprinkling watering pipes are produced by PE100 being the last
developed derivative of Polyethylene raw material. Because the tension
value in the PE 100 raw material is 10.0 MPa; it gives possibility to be
produced with thinner wall thickness when compared to the others. This
property provides the product to be light and also gives opportunity to
have more liquid to get inside. Watering pipes are produced by
belling with a patented system. Because the head section is shaped after
the pipe is belled, the excess weights are eliminated in Dizayn
Sprinkling System which are sourced from auxiliary parts. Thus there is
no need to attach an auxiliary part to the pipe which is rotational
sourced. So the breakage and leakage problems are eliminated which occur
from the auxiliary parts. The products are attached and removed
from each other with a ratchet system. In order to decrease the weight;
plastic ratchets which are developed from a special raw material with
all diameters are used. Our special ratchets which are developed from
engineering plastics show resistance to the same strength as the metal
ratchets, its weight is lighter 8 times. Dizayn Sprinkling Watering
Systems with the new ratchet design provide easy attaching and removing
processes in the land. Also corrosion which we met in the metal ratchets
is not a matter of our products. Because the locations of the pipe
and the auxiliary parts always change in the sprinkling watering
systems, weight has a very important role. With the weight advantage
provided in the whole of the Dizayn sprinkling systems, the farmers can
carry 8 pipes instead of 5 pipes in the land. Thus more lands can be
watered during the day with the time saving obtained from
transportation. As known, a level is formed between the heads and
the pipes on the rotating welds. The diameter changes in the levels
provide turbulance in the flow and cause a pressure loss. Also the burrs
formed at the joints cause pressure loss. Pressure loss means to attach
less springs or spray water to less distances. This also means to water
a land in two days which can be watered in one day. Because the farmers
can use their water sources related to the time; this matter is
important. It is not discussed to have such a level formed in the Dizayn
sprinkling systems. With this advantage; more springs can be rotated
with less energy. For example; in the watering system which will be
produced with 75 mm pipes, when the usage of the pipes produced with a
rotating source and the pipes of Dizayn Sprinkling Watering System are
compared, it will be seen that 20% more land can be watered with Dizayn
Group products.
