1. Technology features
There is not any requirement about high temperature and high pressure during production processing. The board will be formed at one time after roller-extruding under the conditions of normal temptation and normal pressure. This is a green environmental-protection project, because that there is no waste water, waste materials and waste gas during its production processing. The finished board dona t need high temperature drying, air-drying and watering, and under the normal temperature, they will dry well indoor .
2.Product
About this production line ,among which, Glue spreading-overlaying-saying Machine and Glazing Machine are equipment which will give the advanced processing to the board. The above two machine s can overlay and glaze the magnesium oxide board or ordinary wood board . The Glue spreading-overlaying-saying Machine can overlay wood-grain paper,PVC film .The Glazing Machine will glaze the overlaid board with wood-grain paper,and make the board with bright light or dull light .The above processing will replace former painting working processing. (because the wood-grain paper is not wearable and it has no gloss degree)
