Q. How to use fuel gel?
Answer
Place fuel gel under a chafing dish, light it using a butane lighter or long-reach match, place the food pan into position & cover it. Then, extinguish the flame at the end of the event by using proper method like regulator, snuffer paddle, or twist-off metal lid.
