Algae development in a water tank may also be minimized by using a cover. The presence of birds in the water poses a health risk to humans and depending on the composition of the liquid may also be fatal to the birds. Because of this local wildlife and environmental protection organizations may issue fines to the construction site and the public will likely not see the business favorably.
