• First combine the cream milk powder stabilizers emulsifiers sugar and corn syrup in a mixer. 

• Now the mixture is pasteurized at 72° C for 30 minutes to kill the bacteria. 

• Finally the prepared ice cream is added to a wafer cone with a chocolate coating.
