1+6 Tubular Stranding Machine

Our Tubular Stranding Machine Horizontal type for stranding seven wires of steel. Copper and Aluminium strands, the closing of wire ropes and the assembly of insulated cable conductors. No. of Bobbins inside the Rotor: 6 Nos. 1 Bobbin out side the rotor.

Wire size : 0.75 mm to 5 mm.
Material to be stranded : Steel,Aluminum & Copper.
Bobbin size : 400 / 500 / 630 / mm. (As Per Din)

a Pay off unit
H-type fabricated in channel frame suitable accommodate 500 mm bobbin size. Bobbins will be mounted on pintle with safety locking device as well as with tension device.

a Rotor
Rotor of the machine will be fabricated in steel built on deep penetration weld principle & stress relived before machining and balancing. Rotor supported on Non Metallic rollers with self aligning rollers bearing to ensure trouble free & uniform revolving. Bobbins are mounted on pintles which are fixed with safety locking device as will as with mechanical locking device.

a Brake
Pneumatically operated electrically actuated fixed on the main section of the rotor.

a Die Box
One No. sliding type operated by screw & hand wheel mounted on Individual steel fabricated frame.

a Measuring Unit
Heavy duty mechanical length measuring unit with Electronic counter.

a Haul Off Unit
Dual capstan wheel dia 762 / 900 / 1000 mm and with 5 & 6 grooves will be provided. The speed of the unit can be changed by changing gears through lay change gear box to get different lays.
