In ordinary conventional braiding machine tension to the yarn is given by monme weight. There are energy possibility of change to vary on the weight which consequence, affects the tension on the yarn or wire. But in the spring loaded carrier machines imparting tension to the yarn is done by spring tensioner. So the yarn gets perfect tension . This results in more uniform furnished product then ordinary conventional final product. More capacity of yarn is held in this machine then in the ordinary conventional machine.
