It increases bond durability, physical properties & abrasion resistance of cement concrete / mortar. This segments dry rapidly and present good adhesion to old concrete & masonry, brick, wood, metals & many other surfaces. These chemicals are consistent in color & resist discoloration due to direct exposure to sunlight. Addition of SBA PC -50 to cement mortar assists in maintaining the water needed for hydration, as it forms a film of coalesced polymer sphere around sand and cement particles. This works as a obstacle to avoid further evaporation. It serves as an internal healing membrance, thus removing any need for further treating with water.
