This Agitator is mainly used for mixing slurry, cement, lime, gypsum and aluminum paste suspended liquid which injected into the tank by a certain ratio, so that they are uniformly mixed and adequate response. And it promptly injects the mixed slurry into mold boxes. The stirring intensity and time in the tank have a great impact on the quality of the aerated coagulation. It adopts propeller stirring, a strong vortex is formed in the tank to disrupt the quicklime particles capsule so as to achieve a fully mixed. Simultaneously, the liftable casting arm adjusts height with the casting process to prevent splashing. The machine can be made to be fixed and mobile types according to the process requirements. The fixed type is classified in console model and suspension type model to meet a variety of requirements of users.
