The function of each component as follows:

Burner: It provides the heat source to make the aggregate rise its temperature and conduct the dewater. The productivity of plant depends on the efficiency of burner. So, a good burner will be your first consideration.

Drying Drum: The Aggregate is lifted continuously by its inner blade and conduct the heat exchange with the burner flame. It conducts the drying when the drying drum rotate in the counter-clockwise, or else it does the discharging step.

Mixing Drum: All the aggregate, filler and bitumen are lifted by the inner blades and uniformly mixed into the final product. They all work in cycle time.

Weighing system: It's in the charge of weighing and spraying of all the material.

Cyclone system: It mainly does the dust collecting work, although its efficiency can't compare with the bag filter's, it can reach the medium level when it comes into the environmetal protection. Meanwhile, we provide the bag filter for your option to keep pace with the environmental protection concept when its efficiency reaches more than 99 percentage.
