Main Features and Functions:
PLC control mode and step motor driving ensure the accurate transmission of bandages, thus, the outer shape is better than manually-rolled and cut ones.
Active unwinding of material rolls and automatic excessive feeding reduces the spin speed variations, thus ensure the bandages to be rolled at required tension. As a result, the unwanted elastic bandages elongation is eliminated during rolling process.
Two sets of step motor system complete the feeding and rolling processes. The bandages rolled can be adjusted in terms of tension, tightness ratio and diameters.
Cutting at pre-set length with a pair of specially-designed scissors it is more accurate and clean in. The cut materials are automatically fed in.
