Automatic Vertical Rotational UV Silk Screen Printing Machine (SF-SR12/UV) is specially designed for the plastic soft tubes, caps, jars, cups, etc. SF-SR12/UV is designed compactly, equipped with built-in registration system (electable), UV curing system or heater (electable). Maximum printing speed is 3, 600pcs/h. The configured systems includes PLC &touch screen systems, auto feeding&downloading systems, flaming system (double torches for special PP plastic), mechanical synchronous drive system, "No-piece-No-printing"sensor and mechanical fixing system for printing.
SF-SR12/UV is adopted the vertical rotating mechanical synchronous drive system, which is rotated 360 degree to finish printing the work-pieces; which becomes the high printing capacity line because of the feeding system. The perfect design will satisfy many customers' different requirements for the high quality products.
