Making method:
Take 3/5 boiled potatoes, mash the potatoes add 4/5 table spoon groundnut powder, green chili, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, lime juice coriander leaves as per taste
Add Mahalakshmi sago flour to this mixture make soft dough
Divide the dough into equal parts
Take plastic paper
Grease it with ghee start to flatten the dough parts with the hand
Take griddle add ghee and roast the thalipeeth till both sides get brown patches and thalipeeth cooks from inside
