Biofertilizer (Purna Azoto)

Mode of Action:
Azotobactor population of 10 rest to 9 cells/ml uses organic carbon from organic acids released by germinated seeds of root exudates and converts gaseous nitrogen from atmosphere to ammonical compounds which can be easily assimilated by crops. The reduction of atmospheric N to ammonia (NH4) + is biochemically mediated by nitrogenase, an enzyme produced by Azotobactor. During their growth cycle, the bacteria produce metabolites like vitamin nicotinic acid, indole acetic acid, gibberellins, etc. which promote plant growth. Usage also improves resistance of crops against insects-pests and diseases.
