DECORATION EQUIPMENT FOR WPC DOORS,DOOR FRAME AND DOOR PROFILE

1. BSG2210TYPE WIDE DOUBLT-BELT SANDING MACHINE
It is used to sanding the surface of WPC doors into even and smooth just because the extruded door is not very even and smooth, so it's better to sanding then decorating, that will be better.

2. M25-X TYPE CNC ENGRAVING MACHINE
It is used to engraving designs on the WPC doors, screen, article windows to get empathetic patterns;
It adopts vacuum absorption table, water cooling by 5.5kw water ring pump.
The rotating speed of spindle motor is 24000r/min.
The X,Y,Z shaft adopts imported linear guide way, which can make sure the precision of machine and also heavy loading.
Max engraving size is 1300x2500x190mm.
the diameter of blade is 3.175mm, 4mm, 6mm, and 12.7mm.
The repeated positioning accuracy is <0.05mm/300mm.
The power supply is AC380VA 10%(50Hz).

3.MJ6132B TYPE DICING SAW FOR DOOR PROFILE
It is used to cutting door profiles.
It adopts electric motor to elevating the position of saw and the saw can be adjusted per 45 degree.

1 Performance:
It is used to heat transfer printing designs from hot stamping foil(i.e. PET foil) onto WPC/PVC/PVC foaming doors by high temperature (130-180), which make plastic doors like true wood; but also can do low temperature (60-80) hot stamping for PVC hollow doors with thin wall-thickness;
It can decorating top surface and side surface of doors at one time;
The max decorating width is 1000mm.

Performance:
It is used to heat transfer printing designs from hot stamping foil(i.e. PET foil) onto WPC/PVC/PVC foaming door frame, which is matching with WPC doors together.
Normally the max shapes of door frame is 5-surfaces, so we designed this model of hot stamping machine to decorating 5 surfaces at one time; if clients have special requirement, we also can make per client's products and special requirement.
The max decorating width is 300mm.
