The cast iron inspection surface plate serves as the measuring basis which is used for inspecting the geometric tolerance of machinery parts. Once the cast iron inspection surface plate is abraded it can be scraped again to restore the precision.

The raw material of the cast iron inspection surface plate is the high-strength cast iron HT200-300 whose surface hardness is of HB170-240. After two times annealing treatment the cast iron surface plate has the features of steady precision and abrasion resistance.
