Continuously Transposed Cable Production Line

Continuously Transposed Cable (CTC) production lines are installed at the front end of your enameled production lines, using the "rolling + drawing" process, which involves die drawing, flat rolling, die drawing, and die drawing again, to produce small-sized enamelled flat wires. The assembly consists of rectangular, film-insulated conductors, usually overwrapped with insulation. Conductors are usually arranged in two stacks side by side In the continuously transposed cable, a special tool alternately pushes the upper left and lower right wires onto their neighboring stacks so that every possible position is achieved in a single cycle. A continuous transposed cable's length for one complete cycle is determined by the diameter of the transformer winding, the number of strips and the size of each strip.
