This is a Micro Controller based product used with Zirconia Probe for control of Carbon Potential in Heat-Treatment Industry. The outputs are linearized and accurate up to 1 digit. The product is offered with/ without inbuilt Profile PID Controller for close control of CP.
(1) Digital Display : 4 digit for CP.
(2) Control Relays : for control of CP or Probe mV.
(3) Temperature Controller Relay : inbuilt and Temperature is Displayed also.
(4) Current Output : 4-20 mA for CP or Probe mV. Galvanically isolated from mains or probe input.
(5) RS232 or RS 485 output for connection with Computer offered optionally on customers demand.
(6) Panel Cut-Out : 144(H) X 288(W) or 92 X 92 mm
(7) Mains : 220 V or 110 V AC, 50 Hz..
