Deliming Agent for Leather Tannery is weak acid deliming agent free of sulphate and ammonium salt. It is especially designed for tanneries which have strict restriction on discharging effluent contains above-mentioned salts. Deliming Agent for Leather Tannery possesses good buffering effect which improves the safety of dliming process.
1. Suitable for deliming sheep skin pig skin cattle hide etc.
2. For better result short float (50%) is suggested. Most suitable temperature for adding this product is 25-28a . Dosage suggested is 2.0-4.0% depending upon the degree of the deliming.
3. In order to prevent the forming of hydrogen sulfide 0.5% sodium sulfite is suggested to be added with.
