The switch offers 8 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet PoE port compliant with IEEE 802.3af or IEEE802.3at standard. The PoE ports can be used to power up devices complying with IEEE802.3af or IEEE802.3at standard using the existing Ethernet cable. The total PoE power which theswitch can supply is 130W.The switch uses store and forward packet switching technology which ensures reliable data transfer. The switch has a sturdy and versatile desktop design which can also be mounted in a network rack. Thus the DG-GS1008PF is an ideal solution for small Ethernet workgroups and applications requiring PoE.
