24/24 Rollers of the machine are special M.S. seamless pipe. Drive of the machine is through V-Belts with motor 10H.P. 1440 R.P.M. with each drum of the machine.

Special type Exhaust system is attached with the machine with 7.5 H.P. Motor 1440 R.P.M. to suck the heavy wastage. Fillet 27/31 is used on both drums. This number Of fillet is very much suitable for Blanket Raising..

Best quality Fillet cleaning Nylon Brush attachment is used in the machine to control accident of the machine and to give long life to fillet. Special attachment for automatic change of the side of Fabric at the top of the machine which is suitable particularly for blankets. Both side Raising at one time saves time and labour.

There is Dial adjustment system to increase or decrease the Raising effect of the fabric. If you want more Raising in your fabric then increase the counterpile adjustment and if You want less Raising on your fabric then reverse the wheel of counter pile clutch. These wheels are out side of the boxes of the machine.
