1 Fan blade : it is made of Krupp stainless steel by punch forming. no dust, attractive and durable. Special blades shape design ensure large air volume, no deformation, no broken, keep air volume same all the way. Thickness 1.2mm, surface finish BA grade.
Dynamically balanced wheel for low noise and vibration
2 Motor: Siemens motor and China famous motor are available. Motor voltage: 115v, 230v, 220v, 380v, 460v and frequency: 50/60HZ are available. Chinese famous motor OEM by special design for fan , Motor protection grade IP55, insulation class F grade.
3 Opening device: using high strength nylon swung drop hammer opening device to ensure the shutters opening and closing flexibly.
4 Bearing: fan bearing adopts imported double-row bearing with special waterproof design. High strength, lower noise, maintenance free and long service life.
5 Fan belt pulley: it is made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting which reduce the weight of blade impeller, high corrosion resistance. Special three reinforced ribs pulley design, never broken.
6 Housing and mesh: Hot-dip galvanized material ensure never rust.
7 Complete new CNC production line improved fan quality up to top grade, aesthetic appearance.
