Dsp Based Pure Sine Wave Solar Power Conditioner

We are manufacturing and supplying DSP Based Pure Sine Wave Solar Power Conditioner which is designed to operate as a multifunction power conditioning unit combining the functionality of a solar inverter with a true sine wave ups. The PCU allows the option of combining the renewable energy sources on priority with the functionality of industrial UPS system. The battery bank gets charged from its DC bus, the charging rate and other parameters being controlled by the supervisory circuit. If the grid is absent or goes out of range the inverter provide the uninterrupted supply. Separate high efficiency DSP based MPPT controller is provided to above unit to charge batteries and provide DC power to inverter from SOLAR PANELS. The inverter is programmed for solar priority mode of operation. Grid power is used only when batteries are over discharged or sufficient solar energy is not available from the PV array. Under medium and heavy load conditions, all available solar power is used to charge the battery.

Any excess solar power is used to supply the site load via the inverter. The balance of power needed by the site load is provided by the grid. In the event of low solar power being available, the PCU starts charging the battery through the grid in addition to supporting the site load. Once batteries have reached a predetermined level of charge all the available renewable energy will be utilized to power the site load and reduce the power drawn.
