Feature of Dual Shafts Turret Rewinder Machine:
1. Unwind base: Equipped with connected unwind base for convention operation
2. Unwind device: Equipped with auto tension controller and double surface type roller by air control which can get smooth material and deduct the noise(for Adhesive material).
3. Main motor: Driven by 2 A.C motors 1 for web feeding 1 for rewind tension control which automatically increasing toque on the rewind shaft when the finished roll O.D is getting bigger.
4. Rewind device: Center type winding with surface pressure roller to rewind various materials on different requests. The air for the rewind shafts will be automatically filled and leaked in the production.
5. Electricity device: Equipped with PLC unit central control system and Control panel with LCD touch screen for setting tension length etc.
