This machine are composed of several of several single block in parallel , which are controlled by the PLC programme. The speed of the machine is controlled by inverter. It can be used to draw metal wires including steel, aluminum, and copper etc. This machine is composed by structure members including capstan device, bridge device, die box, pulley device, cooling device, protective cover, and frame. The material of the capstan is ZG45 spray painting tungsten carbide. The surface is Mirror-surface treated and is rigid and wear without damaging the surface of the welding wire. The capstan adopts inner wall slit-type cooling and box direct cooling. which will provide sound effect.
