We provide pulse-jet type bag houses where individual bags are supported by a metal cage which is fastened on to the bag holding plate. Dirty gas flows from outside to inside the bag while the metal cage prevents the bag from collapsing. Bags are cleaned by a short burst of compressed air injected through a common manifold. This compressed air burst while travelling through the entire length of the bag causes the bag surface to flex, which breaks the dust cake and the dislodged dust falls into a storage hopper below.
We have been providing Dust Extraction systems primarily for coal industry incorporating centrifugal fan, bag filter unit, dry/wet cyclone, rotary air lock, screw conveyor, MS ducting, motorized dampers etc. as per clienta s requirement. Our design engineers are well equipped to custom design a dust extraction system if provided with relevant data / drawings. We have always successfully met the emission level of dust stipulated by the Pollution Control Board.
