This Mortise Lock Cycle Testing Machine is designed to test operational and durability performance of mechanical locks and electrical locks according to European harmonized standards. A special loading and action device was equipped on this automatic machine to load the latch bolt during operating the lock follower. This lock handle is operated by air rotation cylinder to provide high reliable performance. A Servo motor was used to operate the key or turn in high repeatability and exact angle control. It is super value added facility to identify classification and quality of lock or find out any product defect.

Equipment function:
The equipment is designed in accordance with EN 1303 and EN 12320 standards, which meet the requirements of these standards. The servo motor can precisely control the rotation angle, torque, speed and force of the key. The variable rotation center coupling is adopted to avoid the lock cylinder blocking and excessive wear caused by the misalignment between the key and the rotation center of the motor.
Set test parameter on the touch screen, install the lock cylinder, clamp the key, adjust the lock cylinder fixing seat to align the lock cylinder hole with the key, set the lock cylinder cam position sensor, test program, and automatically run the cycle test. When the pull/push force or torque of the key exceed setting, the device will stop automatically.
Equipment function:
To perform resistance to attack by drilling test of the lock cylinder, the test hand drill is installed on the slide rail, 300N force is applied on the drill bit through weight and pulley. And drill is pushed back by air cylinder and is released and drilling lock cylinder by operation of solenoid valve. The maximum thrust is not more than 300N of the weight. The lock cylinder is installed on the vice, and the horizontal and tilt angle is adjustable.
Install the lock cylinder and protective cover (if any), clamp the mounting block and the lock cylinder on the vice, open the electric drill, record the start time of the test, apply 300N thrust on the drill nozzle through the counterweight block, and conduct the test according to the standard anti drilling specifications. During the test, adjust the angle and replace the drill bit as required, record the test time and check whether the lock cylinder can be opened, and record the results.
