It is two pack airdrying epoxy composition with Redoxide and Zinc Phosphate pigment. This primer provide higher degree of protection from corrosion than conventional primer, especially in highly corrosive environment. The primer can be overcoated with conventional painting system, chlorinated rubber and epoxy.

Recommended Use:
Recommended for application on structural steel equipments, storage tanks, etc. from chemical and saline environments such as fertilizer units, hydroelectric projects, refineries, chemical processing unit, pulp, paper and sugar factories etc.

Direction for Use:
Surface should be clean, free rust, grease, oil, moisture and loose flakes. Sand blast mild steel substrate. Stir the contents before use. Mix base and hardner properl in the recommended ratio. Allow mixture to mature for 30 minutes before appling by brush or spray. Use if necessary recommended thinner. Primed surface should not be exposed to corrosive environment for a long time without application of finishing paints.

Drying Time:
Surface Dry-30 minutes
Hard Dry- Overnight
Overcoating interval-24 hour minimum and 3 day maximum
