Exhausts Vacuum Pumps

We are offering a broad range of cast iron and steel Exhausts Vacuum Pumps. This product is available in two categories, classified on the basis of raw material used. The two categories are:-
Standard:- Bronze/Stainless steel impeller, Stainless steel shaft and all other contact parts in cast iron.
Non Standard:- As per client specification and as per specific applications, available in most materials.

Our liquid ring vacuum pumps are of the positive displacement type. Service liquids are regulated and due to the eccentrically mounted impeller, the service liquid is thrown towards the periphery of the stator, thus forming a sealant ring. Process gas is trapped in the space between the impelled blades, compressed and expelled in a continuous suction-exhaust cycle.

The outstanding features of liquid vacuum pump exhausts are:
Silent and considerably vibration free running
Needs no silencer
Mechanical shaft seals on either end of shaft
Maximum vacuum using water as sealant at 30A C and at sea level conditions
Single stage models will be 700mm Hg
Double stage model will be 720 mm Hg
Negligible maintenance and easy overhauling procedures
Modification for use as compressor is possible
