Biscuit Baking Ovens and Allied Machinery
We offer a wide array of biscuit baking ovens to our esteemed patrons (industrial plants for the production of crackers, snacks, hard sweet biscuits, capacity 200kg/hr. to 4000kg/hr.).

* Construction
We, Bangalore based Thermotherm Engineers, produce ovens by using steel's steam-tight tunnel with appropriate division of zones along with heating chambers and stainless steel expansion joints, which is provided to eliminate the expansion of oven sections. The inspection windows are provided for inspection of the baking goods during the process.

* Heating Chambers
The complete chambers are insulated from outside and fully automatic oil or gas burners are fitted to generate required heat. The temperature is automatically controlled. The dynamic balanced stainless steel fans or blowers are used to re-circulate the heat and increase the efficiency for the machine with the help of appropriate electric motors.
