Fields of application:
Friction Saw blades cut hollow & structural sections made of carbon steel in cold condition at temperature less than 100*C . Friction saw blades are used for sawing welded tubes on stationary & Flying sawing machines , for hollow & structural sections on rolling mills, for parting of gratings, fender walls etc.

a cFor blades with flame hardened teeth and diameter up to 2500mm used with stationary saws;51Mn7mod. = steel grade optimized for friction saw blades. Special steel grades BL50,BL55 & BL80 for all diameters, alloy optimized for long blade life & low addiction to cracking.
