Outer covering is of stainless steel with rock wool insulation.
Machine Frame will be painted or coated to prevent rusting.
Dry atta sprinkler is provided.
All the Dough touching material is food grade like stainless steel rollers, Teflon coated rollers, Polyurethane belt Conyers & Stainless steel tawa.
Ac frequency drive is provided to control the speed of machine to control the quality & quantity of chapatti.
Salonide valve is provided to automatic shutting down of gas burners during power failure.
Ignition of the oven burners is controlled from separate switch provided on the control panel.
The baking oven is fitted with canopy which removes extra heat from the oven to improve the quality of chapatti.
Cleaning of machine is easy as all the dough touching parts are made of stainless steel and PU. Thus all these parts can be cleaned with wet cloth.
