The electric heat dust remover system ensures the cleanness of paper surface and enhances the quality of lamination. (An optional powder cleaning brush roller system can be added prior to the electric heat dust remover system.)

The Ceramic Anilox Roller ensures the film can be glued evenly; the special alignment system is able to transport papers smoothly and laminate papers accurately.

The constant temperature drying system adopts new heat-wind design and greenhouse structure, and the system ensures the film can be dried in a very short time.

The cutting system is composed of disk-blade and tearing wheels, which can provide accurate cutting. (Dual Disk-blades with Flying-knife System is an optional cutting system for special demands such as PET or PVC film.)

Non-stop paper feeding system can feed papers continuously without stop and reduce the cost of film.
