Gelatin Melter Mixer System

We manufacture, export, import and supply a automated Gelatin Melter Mixer System for use in the manufacture of various gelatine products such as soft gelatine capsules in Pune, Maharashtra, India. These systems are used for melting & keeping in fluid condition, the gelatine granules used in the process.

The system consists of an agitated & jacketed reactor, with a PLC/SLDC-based temperature profile controller for selecting & controlling temperature of the gelatine in the reactor according to an optimised profile, & a hot water generation system operated on electricity/steam.

Ancillary equipments such as centrifugal pumps, vacuum pumps, piping & instrumentation, etc. form part of the package. A package boiler & compressor of suitable capacity can be supplied as part of the system, if required.

The equipments are mounted on a skid or operating platform as per requirements & site conditions. The standard range of sizes offered varies from 50 litres up to 1000 litres. However, other sizes can also be offered as per requirement.

The equipments are manufactured out of stainless steel AISI-304/316, with elastomers of PTFE, ethylene-propylene (EP) rubber, or silicone rubber, & are sterilizable in-situ with steam. Adherence to good engineering practices & conformance to cGMP/FDA norms during manufacture of these items ensures that they are perfectly suitable for sanitary/sterile pharmaceutical applications.
