MACHINE'S FEATURES
1 Slope screen tanks are made of stainless steel, the slope angle can be adjusted, longer work life.
2 Strong screw auger transports and presses material efficiently.
3 Discharge is with two heavy hammer which can adjust the humidity of material according to the different requirements.
4 Platform is with ladders to check and clean machine.
5 Electrical control box is with integrated protection unit of electrical motor, urgency button, voltage gauge and current gauge.
6 Manure pump is with the blades for cutting the fibre like cotton yarn, long grass to resist the block of pump.
7 Lift support of manure pump is for the maintain and adjustment.
8 Machine only needs one flat solid ground to be assembled, without complex construction to reduce the invest.
9 The range of solid content is between 30-40% after separating, the speed of discharge is 4-8m3/h (related to manure's dilutedness and quality of fibre in the manure ).
10 Every set of machine can be used for the dairy cattle farm which has less than 1200 cows.
