TCD process is used to restore tolerances on components such as, shaft & bearings and improve maintenance of plant equipment. * Carbide impregnation is an economical way for increasing effective tool life and wear resistance of wear-prone surfaces. *Fused, metallurgical bonded TCD coating will withstand bend tests, thermal shocks and mechanical shocks. *  TCD process is carried out at room temperature and hence does not affect tool temper.
