The offered oils are specifically formulated for heat transfer in Textile, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Processing Industries, equipped with indirect or secondary heating systems integrated with expansion tanks. These oils have high specific heats and thermal conductivities to offer good heat transfer efficiency. Further, these oils have optimum viscosity so that these can be pumped readily at both start-up and operating temperatures. Formulated using extremely stable and high viscosity index base oils coupled with a low pour point, these oils are fortified with high temperature oxidation inhibitors.

Precaution for using these oils:

The temperature of the oil film surrounding the heating element should be about 15A A C to 30A A C above the bulk oil temperature. Higher than this may lead to deposit of sludge and coke which would interfere with the heat transfer rates and also shorten the service life of the oil.
