Automation Vertical Helium Leak-Testing Machine
Double-Chamber Design on Continuous Run before Delivery
Output with Helium Test(TH): 600/h
Output with Pressure Test: 500/h
Time for loading/unloading : 5 sec.
External material flow system : As to customera s layout
Drum diameter over beads : Standard 574-598mm
Reject criteria/standard test sensitivity
Helium Test : 0.15atm.cm3/min under a relative pressure of 0.2bar (hole of approx.12 microns)
Pressure test : Appr.150 atm.cm3/min for air under relative pressure 0.2bar (hole of approx.150 microns)
The test parameter points can be adjusted at the operatora s panel.
The test sensitivity can be increased when using a longer test time.
