With its modern design and outstanding features, it is ideal for job shops or tool room wherein quick set up is required for economical production. In contrast to the old method of setting the finger rest below or above the centre line by calculating and referring to charts, the use of the tilting head simplifies the operation. It helps in the setting of cutting face angles quickly and accurately. The machine can do most of the tool grinding jobs like sharpening of hob cutters, involute gear cutter, side and face cutter, slotting mill, angle cutter, shell end mill cutter, reamers etc. Hob cutter with spiral helix can also be ground on this machine with the help of hob grinding attachment.
