Headstock: Headstock Gears are made of special alloy steel and are Hardened & Precision Profile Ground, run in oil sump. Hardened & Ground Spindle is made of high tensile steel and mounted on 2 precision Taper Roller Bearings.
Bed: It is made of graded Cast Iron with parabolic webs and mounted on heavier Leg Base so that the initial accuracy of the Lathe is maintained throughout its life. Bed guideways are Hardened & Precision Ground having hardness of min. 350 BHN.
Carriage: It is mounted on inverted V and Flat ways of the Bed and coated with Turcite-B lining. The slides are accurately scrapped. Wipers are fitted to prevent chips entering underneath.
Apron: It is having drop worm type for easy feed engagement and disengagement. Interlocking mechanism against simultaneous engagement of Longitudinal Feed, Cross Feed and Threading. All Gears, Bearings and Worm are lubricated from the oil sump provided.
Tailstock: It moves on inner V and Flat guideways of Bed. Cross movement is incorporated for turning of slight tapers. The Hardened & Ground Spindle is made from EN-8 steel with internal grinding having Morse Taper. Dual locking arrangement for firm locking with Bed.
Universal Feed Box: To serve wide range of Feeds and Threads
