High-speed Gravity D-filter

These High-Speed Gravity D-Filter is designed independently by Dean Group with the adoptions of DA863 adaptive filter media, small-resistance distribution system, air-water backwashing, and constant/changeable water level filter method. D-filter owns the main advantages of traditional high-speed filter. More importantly, the multi-performance of D-filter is better than traditional high-speed filter with adoption of DA863 filter technology. In a word, the D-filter is a practical, new and high-efficiency filter.

1.Features
a) With the employment of the DA863 filtering medium, high-speed and high-precision filtration is achieved, therefore footprint is reduced and effluent quality is improved
b) This D-filter can be controlled manually or automatically. The selection of the control method can be decided based on customer's requirement flexibly
c) There is little filter media losses in backwashing process due to a special intercepting technology;
d) Water consumption of backwashing is low to 1%-2%, and thus lower the operation cost
e) D-filter has two types of structure: steel and concrete. Based on the practical demands of customers, steel or concrete can be decided, thus the investment cost is reduced
f) D-filter is resistant to variable loading rates.
