HIGH STRENGTH POURABLE EPOXY GROUT Hind ERS 219 is a three component solvent free free flowing non-shrinking fast curing epoxy resin systemwhich can be poured in/on concrete steel plate for carrying out structural repair grouting of heavy foundationbolt pocket grouting padding/heavy duty support for crane rail and other heavy machineries. The system isinsensitive to water and due to higher density it displaces the water thus making application on damp surface.The cured resin system possesses high mechanical strength non-shrinking properties excellent adhesion and ischemical resistant typical of all epoxy resin system. Cracks and voids can be successfully sealed/ bonded withHind ERS 219. Though it has high strength the cured material does not become brittle and remains slightflexible. Hind ERS 219 is manufactured in pre-measured quantities. Add Component C Special Aggregateand again mix well so as not to entrap air into the product. Mix for 2-3 minutes using a drill and paddle(maximum 200-350 R.P.M.).Only required quantity of material to be mixed for immediate use.
